DOT spokeswoman Teri Pope sounded the all-clear at 4:30 p.m.
She said the rig was carrying a load of pre-fabricated concrete walls when the accident occurred. Crews had to remove the concrete walls and the tractor trailer itself.
Because a section of asphalt was damaged in the far right, or outside, lane, crews had to remove and replace the asphalt.
Pope said the damaged portion of that lane was about 160-feet long.
