Clayton County police said the boy, Andrew Ngalahom, was taken from his home because the family member was worried that the child's father was intoxicated. The family member apparently picked up the child Wednesday afternoon. He was not reported missing until Thursday.
Police say the father, who has been removed from the home, is cooperating with their investigation.
