GAINESVILLE - Hall County drug agents started the New Year with the arrests of three people who apparently were running a drug operation out of an apartment on the east side of Gainesville.

"We began surveillance on the apartment," said Ware. "We obtained probably cause throughout the course of the day to obtain a search warrant."

During the search, Ware said agents seized quantities of cocaine, heroin, hydrocodone, methamphetamine and marijuana. In addition, he said agents confiscated packaging materials, digital scales, over $7,000.00 in cash and five loaded firearms.
