Probate Judge Garrison Baker and Probate Court Clerk Sandra McAfee were recognized for 30 years of service and were awarded $200 and their birthday off.
Magistrate Judge Joy Parks, who was unable to attend, received a 15-year recognition certification, $100 and her birthday off.
Eight people were presented with 10-year certificates and $50: Commissioner Craig Bryant; Linda Chambers, clerk of court's office; Linda Holman, tax assessors' office; Corey Hyde, magistrate court; Richard Kelley, sheriff's office; Ana Newberry, fire department; Travis Smith, E-9-1-1; and Mark Taylor, sheriff's office.
Nine employees had five years of service and received $25: Katie Abernathy, clerk of court's office; Joseph Dan Autry, detention center; Cassie Fincher, E-9-1-1; Tim Forrester, E-9-1-1; Brad Lamon, sheriff's office; Beverly Ngo, detention center; Laura Riebold, detention center; Anthony Sims, sheriff's office; and Marcia Thomas, probate court.
