County Elections Director Charlotte Sosebee says they will be available starting Saturday. Sosebee added that a written request is required for all ballots but you do not have to give a reason for applying for an absentee ballot. Applications are available in the elections office or on the county website.
Sosebee added that Advance Voting will begin April 28 and continue through May 16 at the elections office in the Hall County Government Center on Browns Bridge Road from 8:00-5:00 each day, Monday-Friday. In addition, the office will be open for Saturday voting on May 10, from 9:00-4:00.
Sosebee says sample ballots are available by mail, in the elections office and on the county website. Sample ballots and voter information are also available on the Georgia Secretary of State's website.
The last day to register to vote in the primaries is April 21.
To find out the availability of absentee ballots, sample ballots and advance and Saturday voting in other counties in Georgia, check with local election officials in those counties.
