Four suspects identified in I-985 rock throwing incident

GAINESVILLE - Two suspects are in custody and Gainesville police are looking for two others in connection with two Tuesday morning incidents where large rocks were thrown at vehicles on I-985.<br /> <br /> Gainesville Police Cpl. Joe Britte said all four suspects are from Gainesville. <br /> <br /> The two suspects in custody have been identified as Kyhrie Harris, 21 and Juan Peterson, 18. <br /> <br /> Police are still looking for Kendrick Perry, 19 and Michael Ellis, 21. Authorities are asking for the public's help as they search for Perry and Ellis. <br /> <br /> All four face charges of two counts of criminal damage in the first degree and two counts of terroristic acts. <br /> <br /> The rock-throwing incidents occurred at 1:30 and 2 a.m. Tuesday, according to Britte. He said large rocks were thrown from the Athens Street overpass, striking two vehicles traveling on I-985. Britte said no one was injured, but the vehicles sustained substantial damage.<br /> <br />
