Buford man shot to death at apartment complex

BUFORD - Gwinnett County police say a man found dead in his vehicle outside a Buford apartment complex Thursday night was murdered.<br /> <br /> Officers were called to The Reserve at Ivy Creek Apartments near the Mall of Georgia around 7:15 p.m. by someone who said they heard several gunshots, according to Gwinnett County Police Sgt. Brian Doan.<br /> <br /> The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Reginald Bien-Aime of Buford. <br /> <br /> Investigators have released no further details.<br />
