COMMERCE — Commerce football may be nicknamed the Tigers, but, for this season at least, they might as well re-name themselves the Road Warriors.

After all, they've logged close to 1,000 miles round-trip this postseason and have two wins to show for it -- victories (31-29 at Charlton County and 20-7 at Marion County) that have pushed the Tigers right back into the Class A Public semifinals for the second straight season.

That said, Commerce faces yet another long trek this Friday, traveling to take on Clinch County (round trip 504 miles) in the Final Four.

The Tigers' attitude? Bring it on.

Commerce is looking forward to the challenge and believes it is ready to get to the next round and next weekend's championships in the Georgia Dome.

AccessWDUN sports editor Morgan Lee recently talked with one of the Tigers' senior standouts in quarterback Caleb Brooks. To watch Brooks' video interview simply click "play" on the video above.
