Wintry mix possible in north Georgia mountains

ATLANTA (AP) Forecasters say a wintry mix of precipitation will be possible across far north Georgia. <br /> <br /> The National Weather Service said the mix of rain and snow will be possible late Wednesday night and into Thursday morning. <br /> <br /> Forecasters say the precipitation could turn to all snow in the highest elevations of the north Georgia mountains, but little accumulation is expected in most areas. <br /> <br /> The weather service projects that up to a quarter-inch of snow will be possible in spots above 1,500 feet in elevation.
