Prisoner accused of escape from van is recaptured in Indiana

CARTERSVILLE, Ga. (AP) A prisoner who authorities say overpowered a guard and escaped from a prison transport van in Georgia has been apprehended in Indiana. <br /> <br /> Cartersville police Maj. Mark Camp said Wednesday that 42-year-old Sean Killion was recaptured near Ellettsville, Indiana. <br /> <br /> Cartersville police Lt. Rich Hawley has said Killion shoved the guard and ran away after the van stopped outside a gas station on Feb. 4 in Cartersville, about 40 miles northwest of Atlanta. <br /> <br /> Hawley said the female guard chased and caught up to Killion, but he broke away after a struggle. <br /> <br /> Killion was being taken in the private prison transport van from Florida to Indiana to face federal drug charges when authorities say he escaped. <br /> <br /> Camp told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Killion was arrested in Indiana by federal and state law officers. <br />
