Cleveland Highway reopened in both directions at Bell's Mill bridge following morning crash

GAINESVILLE - A traffic accident prompted the closure of Cleveland Highway north of Gainesville Tuesday morning.

The road was closed through much of the morning rush hour, but reopened around 9:00 a.m.

Authorities say the accident is at Bell's Mills bridge and both north and southbound traffic were stopped.

At this point, authorities have not released details of the accident.
