SUWANEE - Forsyth County authorities have identified the body pulled from the Chattahoochee River Saturday afternoon

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said in a press release on Sunday that the body was that of 61-year-old Robert Allen Hancock of Lawrenceville.

According to the release, Hancock's body was first found by a group of fishermen Saturday afternoon near the McGinnis Ferry Boat Ramp. Officials with the sheriff's office, the Forsyth County Fire Department and the U.S. Park Service responded to the scene.

Hancock's boat was found nearby and the release says detectives believe he may have fallen from the boat. No foul play is suspected and an autopsy is scheduled at the GBI Crime Lab.
