NORCROSS, Ga. (AP) Police in Norcross say the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is probing the deaths of a man and woman whose bodies were found inside a house on Nrocross-Tucker Road.
Norcross police spokesman Bill Grogan said in an emailed statement that the two bodies were discovered Monday afternoon. Grogan says a man cutting grass flagged down an officer and said he smelled something coming from the home.
Grogan says officers knocked and forced entry when no one came to the door and the bodies were found in different rooms.
Details on their identities and causes of death weren't immediately available.
Grogan says the people appeared to have been dead for days, possibly weeks.
