OAKWOOD — Divers with the Hall County Sheriff's Office and the Department of Natural Resources have found the body of a Hoschton man, missing in Lake Lanier since Wednesday afternoon.

Sheriff's Deputy Nicole Bailes said 58-year-old Dan McGrath's body was discovered at 11:30  in about 60-feet of water near the area where he apparently fell in at Sunrise Cove Marina, which is on Flat Creek Road.

A witness reported he saw McGrath fall into the lake as he was working on a boat just after 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Bailes said no foul play is suspected in McGrath's death. His body will be sent to the Dekalb County Medical Examiner's Office to determine the cause of death.
