CUMMING — An Alpharetta man charged in a shooting incident in Forsyth County in January is in trouble once again with law enforcement.

Forsyth County authorities just this week released photos of drugs, weapons and cash seized in a traffic stop on August 2.

Forsyth County Sheriff's Deputy Epifanio Rodriguez he identified the suspect in the traffic stop as Brandon Huff, who was cited for driving on a suspended license and concealing/misrepresenting the identity of his vehicle.

It turns out Huff was charged in January, along with three other suspects, in a shooting that injured a man at a home on Cedar Ridge Drive.

In this latest incident, Rodriguez said deputies found the illegal items after a search of Huff's vehicle.

"They found weapons, $15,000 in cash, multiple drugs to include Schedule I, II, III, IV and V narcotics," said Rodriguez. "They found cocaine and multiple other drug paraphernalia in the car."

Huff was taken into custody without incident, according to Rodriguez.

At last report, Huff remained in jail.
