GAINESVILLE — An estimated 8,000 participants and spectators showed up for the 20th Annual Atlanta Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival on Lake Lanier. Organizers said the 2015 festival was the largest ever with 72 teams participating.

Steve Barclay, the Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, said the event is now at capacity for a one-day event, and if it continues to grow, they'll have to consider extending the festival to two days.

AccessWDUN's David Cook spent some time at the Lake Lanier Olympic Venue on Saturday. Enjoy his video and his photos!
