COMMERCE - Banks County deputies were called to assist the Georgia State Patrol with a wreck involving a passenger vehicle and a tanker truck carrying explosive material Monday afternoon.
Authorities blocked off a quarter-mile radius around the incident, reopening it just before 5 p.m.
The wreck occurred on I-85 northbound near Exit 154 at 3:15 p.m.
A quarter-mile area around the Exit 154 ramp on I-85 in Banks County was cordoned off for 90 minutes Monday afternoon.
