Winter weather postpones NHOF induction to Saturday

The winter weather across the southeast has hit the NASCAR Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

Hall of Fame officials announced today that the ceremony to induct the newest class into the Hall of Fame in Charlotte, N.C. has been postponed to Saturday at 2:30 pm. The original schedule was to have the ceremony this evening. This year’s inductees include Jerry Cook, Bobby Isaac, Curtis Turner, Bruton Smith and Terry Labonte.

Other events, including an autograph session and red carpet event, have been cancelled.

Saturday Fan Appreciation events at the Hall of Fame have also been cancelled.
