Collins Property Group, LLC and Collins Property Management Group, LLC announce the opening of their real estate brokerage firm at 871 Dawsonville Highway in Gainesville.
The brokerage model is an innovative mixture of technology and customer service. Operating Broker Kathline Collins devised the concept to fulfill a need she saw in the delivery of real estate services by local traditional real estate brokerages.
Customers can choose from a menu of services to meet their specific needs, ranging from a la cart fee for service options to full service brokerage agreements.
A complimentary coffee bar and indoor and outdoor seating are available.
"Our goal is to provide the public what they want and need in ways that have not been offered by typical real estate brokerages. We serve everyone - from tech-savvy millennials to retirees wanting to downsize or buy a second home," explains Collins.
