CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland man was arrested Wednesday and charged in connection with arson-related incidents in the city.
Cleveland Police Chief John Foster said officers arrested James Christopher Hughes, 59, around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Foster said Hughes is charged with "endangering in certain activities related to the use of fire and ignited objects" (arson).
Foster said Hughes is charged in connection with two incidents, one on West Underwood Street and another on Head Street.
According to Foster, Hughes was going along setting fire to paper on the side of the road. One such incident set the woods on fire.
