Net India/Global Envoy, a local and global outreach group, has scheduled its annual outreach banquet for Thursday, February 9 at the Gainesville Civic Center.
The Gainesville-based Christian mission has served the people of India since 2000, most notably with its Christmas in a Backpack outreach. In addition, the mission serves locally with its Highways & Hedges Ministry, ministering to part of Gainesville's homeless and precariously-housed community.
The Y2K-2017 Banquet, which features a live and silent auction, is Net India/Global Envoy's main fundraiser each year.
