The Hall County School District has opened the application process for the High School Programs of Choice and Charter Schools for students who will be freshmen beginning the next school year.
Applications will be available by Friday, Oct. 27 on the websites of the schools that offer programs of choice.
As part of the process, school district officials have scheduled two parent-student informational meetings - one on Oct. 30 at the school system's central office in Gainesville, the other on Nov. 2 at LCCA in Oakwood. Both meetings begin at 6 p.m.
Also, each program of choice hosts its own Parent/Student Information meeting at the respective schools, where parents and students can hear more detailed information, meet the coordinator and students. Follow this link to get details on those individual meetings.
Application deadline for the 2018-19 school year is Dec. 11, 2017.
