Justin Skeesuck saw a program on the Camino De Santiago,a 500-mile pilgrimage hike across northern Spain, and decided he should do it. When he asked his best friend Patrick Gray if he'd do it with him, Gray said "Yes". By the way, Justin suffers from a rare neuromuscular disorder and is confined to a wheelchair.
Their adventure was filmed for a documentary "I'll Push You" which is being shown in select theatres on November 2nd. Part of the proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).
The movie will be screened in our area at Hollywood 15 Cinemas in Gainesville, Mall of Georgia 20 Plus IMAX, Avenue Forsyth 12 in Cumming, and Sugarloaf Mills 18 in Lawrenceville at 7:30p on Novembmer 2nd.
