Forsyth County Procurement Director Donna Kukarola has been named Manager of the Year by the Georgia Chapter of the National Institute of Public Procurement.
The award was presented during the Dec. 21 county commission meeting.
Kukarola was the recipient of the NIGP Manager of the Year Award in 2013 as well as the group’s Outstanding Service Award in 2011.
