An arrest is made more that 13-years after the disappearance of a Gwinnett County woman whose body was later found in Franklin County.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports Leslie Marva Adams, 40, Lilburn failed to show up at a birthday party in 2005.

Blood and a bullet casing from a .45 caliber handgun were found in her apartment and her car was still parked outside.

In 2007 her body was found in a swamp area of Franklin County.

This week police put the cuffs on her former boyfriend, Billy Joe Cook, 50. He is being held in the Gwinnett County Jail without bond charged with felony murder.
