A boil water advisory has been issued for some residents in the Flowery Branch area after a portion of Cantrell Road was washed out in Thursday's stormy weather.
Residents who live in Carriage Crossing, Waterstone Crossing and Clarkstone Village need to boil any water to be used for consumption. City officials also said water pressure is low, so flows will be below normal.
The boil water advisory remains in effect until 9 a.m. Saturday, June 2.
