Plans are in the works for a retail/office/restaurant complex on the current site of the Gainesville Masonic Lodge.
The Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board will hear a request to rezone the 2.7-acre site from Residential-One to General Business on July 10. The location is on Dawsonville Highway at Lakeshore Drive, across from Lakeshore Mall.
REB Land Development, LLC's plans call for two buildings, one totaling 10,000 square feet and the other, 3,500 square feet.
The property is at the corner of Dawsonville Highway and Lakeshore Drive.
