The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce's 2018 Wage & Benefit Report is now available and includes information from 64 area employers, covering such things as wages, benefits and pay practices.
The survey was sent to 124 organizations. Sixty-four responded. The report includes more than 60 pages of wages in the areas of Office, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Lab, Material, Fleet, Engineer, Maintenance, and Production, along with sections on pay practices and benefits information.
The chamber says the publication is a resource prepared by its Economic Development Division and is used by companies as a tool to ensure employers "remain competitive in local compensation and benefits practices."
The report, in PDF or book format, is available now from chamber offices in Gainesville. Either publication is $30 for Chamber members; $50, Non-Members (+shipping and handling).
