Dan Callahan is Forsyth County's new director of Public Facilities.
In this role, Callahan will oversee the operation of all of the county's publicly owned facilities. He will also oversee management and completion of capital improvement projects.
Callahan brings to the position more than 20 years of experience managing facilities and support service operations in a variety of industries. Most recently he worked for Alcon/Novartis in Johns Creek as head of Real Estate and Facilities Services for the Southeast. Callahan previously served as the director of Building Services at DeKalb Regional Healthcare System.
