*The Mason-Scharfenstein Museum of Art at Piedmont College will host a meet-and-greet for artist, educator, and author Jan Walker as part of 2019 Northeast Georgia Arts Tour on June 8 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.   For more information about the tour, visit artstour.org.

*Lanier Technical College will hold College ​Preview Day on the Hall County campus from 4 to 6 on June 11 for prospective students.   In order to attend, you will need to sign up.

*The WorkSource Georgia Mountains Career Coach will visit the Spout Springs Library in Flowery Branch June 12, 10:00-2:00, and the Cumming Library June 13, 10:00-2:00. Experts will be on hand to help attendees search and apply for jobs, write resumes and cover letters, discern their career interests, and learn about funded training opportunities. There is no charge to attend.

*The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce has published a new Gainesville-Hall County map featuring Hall County, City of Gainesville and other municipalities:  Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Lula, Clermont, Gillsville, Lula, Braselton and Buford. The map is available at chamber offices on E.E. Butler Parkway, Gainesville.

*Sautee-Nacoochee Community Association weekly update

*The Braselton Mayor and Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 4 p.m. to take Public Comment on the proposed budget for FYE 2020. The hearing will be in the Courtroom of the Braselton Police & Municipal Court building located at 5040 Highway 53.  Copies of the budget are available online at www.Braselton.net
