Arrest warrants have been issued in the disappearance of a 3-year-old Auburn boy, who was found safe Friday morning.
Sgt. Marc Pharr with the Auburn Police Department said Gabriel Simmons' disappearance was a custody issue. He said arrest warrants have been issued in the case, although he declined to name the suspect.
The little boy had been missing from home for six days. He had last been seen July 27. A missing child advisory was issued just after 2 p.m. Thursday, August 1 and was canceled just after 10 a.m. Friday, August 2.
