The Gainesville Police Department has released the name of the man killed in a pedestrian accident Thursday night on E.E. Butler Parkway near College Avenue.
Chief Jay Parrish confirmed Terry Graham, 63, was killed when he stepped into the roadway and was struck by a Toyota Camry.
The 17-year-old driver of the vehicle will not face charges in the accident.
The deadly crash happened around 8:45 p.m.
