The Georgia Department of Transportation will reduce traffic to one lane on the Longstreet Bridge project north of Gainesville on Friday.
One lane will be closed from midnight until 6 a.m. on State Route 11/ US 129, commonly known as Cleveland Highway.
The closure will allow construction crews to continue pouring the concrete driving surface on the new bridge.
Traffic will be directed by flagging operators between Briarwood Drive and Thompson Mill Road.
