Additional work is being done this week on the Jesse Jewell relocation project in Gainesville.
The City of Gainesville Water Resources Department will close the intersection of West Avenue and Jesse Jewell Parkway on Tuesday, April 21, 2020.
The closure is part of the overall rehabilitation at the intersection of Jesse Jewell, John Morrow and Queen City Parkways. Crews are now working in utilities in the area.
