Hall County deputies search for fugitive convicted of child cruelty

Posted 8:53PM on Thursday 3rd September 2020 ( 4 years ago )

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a fugitive who has been charged with cruelty to children. In March, a Hall County Grand Jury indicted Shannon Pavey, age 47, with first-degree cruelty to children. Pavey made arrangements to turn himself in but never did.

Pavey already has a prior first-degree cruelty to children conviction.

He is described as 5’9’ - 5’10” and 185-200 lbs. The Hall County Sheriff’s office asks anyone who sees him to call 911, but they are not advising anyone to approach.

Pavey has been convicted on child cruelty charges.
