A Flowery Branch man remained in the Hall County Jail on Friday morning following his arrest this week on charges of manufacturing and trafficking marijuana.
The Gainesville-Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad received a tip from an anonymous source about possible drug activity on River Hill Drive. That tip led to the execution of a search warrant on Tuesday, May 11 at a residence on that road. Drug agents said they found 128 marijuana plants and more than 10 pounds of processed marijuana during the search.
As a result, Davin Boykin, 22, was arrested. Boykin was charged with trafficking marijuana, manufacturing marijuana and felony possession of marijuana.
Agents estimated the street value of the illegal drugs at $128,000.
No further arrests are expected in the case, according to the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
