A Gainesville teen has been charged with breaking into a home on Thompson Bridge Road Friday and allegedly assaulting three female victims inside the home.

Joseph Salazar, 17, illegally entered the residence just before 11 p.m. while the victims were sleeping according to a press release from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the release, Salazar allegedly made physical contact with the intimate body parts of two of the victims and grabbed the third victim during the incident.

Hall County deputies responded to a 911 call from the residence and were able to detain Salazar.  It was determined that he was under the influence of drugs and was taken to the hospital for treatment before being booked at the Hall County Jail.

The investigation determined Salzar knew his victims.  He faces multiple charges including two counts of sexual battery over 16-years-old, three counts of simple battery, criminal trespass and obstruction of an officer.

Salazar remained in the Hall County Jail Monday morning.
