Gwinnett County Police and area groups combined their efforts for the needs of others during the Thanksgiving season.
Gwinnett's Bay Creek precinct joined forces with Sunrise Baptist Church, Special Kneads and Treats, the city of Grayson, and Dunkin' Donuts to coordinate a bake sale and silent auction for their National Faith and Blue event.
All proceeds supported Special Kneads and Treats charity.
Officials with Gwinnett Police are extending their appreciation and thank everyone for their generous support and enthusiastic participation in raising a grand total of $1,500 for this organization.
