One resident sustained burns while escaping a Saturday morning residential fire in Hall County.
Hall County Fire Rescue responded to the 2200 block of Sailors Avenue to find a single-wide mobile home and a nearby vehicle completely involved in flames. All occupants of the home reportedly escaped before personnel arrived.
Crews attacked the flames from the exterior of the home. A primary search of the scene proved the area to be clear.
The injured individual was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville to meet AirLife and sent to the Grady Burn Center, according to a release from the department.
No other injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal's Office.
