The Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce has been named a finalist for the Association of Commerce Executives Chamber of the Year award.

The ACCE award honors county chambers' role in contributing to the community in key areas such as education, transportation, quality of life and economic growth.

“It is a privilege and an honor to be named as a finalist for ACCE’s Chamber of the Year award,”  said Dean Collins, Gwinnett Chamber Board of Directors Chair. “We are grateful for the opportunity to tell our story of impact and leadership and congratulate our peer organizations who have also received this designation.”

Over the past two years, the Gwinnett County Chamber has taken a leading role in public policy and stirred member engagement, which has contributed to its goal of championing local business.

The Gwinnett County Chamber is one of three organizations named a finalist in category three for the area Chamber of Commerce.

The Gwinnett Chamber leadership team will attend the ACCE convention in Salt Lake City, UT where the award winner will be chosen.

This Gwinnett Chamber staff photo was intentionally staged against the backdrop of the LOVE public art mural in downtown Suwanee. As a nod to the organization’s “Gwinnett Chamber Loves Georgia” campaign from its Day at the Capitol event on Valentine’s Day 2023, the photo reflects the sentiment of gratitude and appreciation to ACCE for its leadership in making Gwinnett Chamber’s success possible. June 6, 2023, marks “Gwinnett Chamber Loves ACCE” day for the team.
