A two-vehicle wreck Friday morning in Habersham County on J. Warren Road and Level Grove Road sent one passenger to the hospital.
The first vehicle was traveling south on J. Warren Road when they reportedly failed to yield at the intersection with Level Grove Road, according to Georgia State Patrol spokesperson Courtney Floyd.
Once the first vehicle entered the intersection, the second vehicle, which was traveling east on Level Grove Road, struck the front corner of the first vehicle, forcing the first vehicle off the roadway and into a ditch on the east shoulder.
The driver of the second vehicle said she was unable to stop once she saw the first vehicle enter the intersection roadway from J. Warren Road, the GSP reported Friday.
GSP Post 7 from Toccoa is currently investigating the incident.
A passenger from the first vehicle, later described as a silver Ford Fusion, was injured and transported by Habersham County Emergency Services to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, according to Habersham County Spokesman Rob Moore.
