SUWANEE, Ga. – It was all Buford from the opening whistle as the Wolves took down Collins Hill Friday night in a dominant 43-0 win.
Justin Baker got things going for the Wolves on a 23-yard run three minutes into the contest to take a 7-0 lead. Buford didn't score again until early in the second quarter with Dylan Raiola found Devin Wims for a 31-yard pitch-and-catch to double the lead.
From there, KJ Bolden took over, sprinting in from 63 yards out midway through the second to take a 22-0 lead before catching a 63-yard pass from Raiola early in the third to extend the lead to 29-0. Raiola had two more touchdowns on the night: a 64-yarder to Deronte Broughton and a 4-yard toss to Hayden Bradley to get to the final score.
Raiola finished the night 11-for-16 for 276 yards and four touchdowns. leading the offense to a 410 yard night.
The Wolves will be off next week before a battle at Mill Creek.
