The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office announced in a Facebook post that they are looking for an absconded sex offender.
They are looking for Darin McMurray, whose last reported residence was 2015 Kirkland Circle, Statham, Georgia.
BCSO is reporting McMurray as 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighing 174-lbs.
According to the GBI’s sex offender registry, McMurray was convicted in March of 2021 for sexual battery against a child and criminal attempt to commit a felony.
