Football: 6-3A announces All-Region team

Region 6-3A announced its All-Region football team this week.

 

North Hall head coach Sean Pender was named region coach of the year. Lumpkin County quarterback Cal Faulkner won Offensive Player of the Year, and North Hall defensive lineman Charlie House was named Defensive Player of the Year.

 

In other individual awards, North Hall's Parker Carlton, who played running back and linebacker for the Trojans, was named Athlete of the Year. North Hall's Mason McGill was Lineman of the Year, and Lumpkin County's Nolan Matthews was Special Teams Player of the Year.
