DANIELSVILLE, Ga. — The North Hall boys and girls tennis teams both advanced to the semifinals of the Region 8-4A tournament and also earned spots to the Class 4A playoffs next month.
The boys defeated Johnson 3-0 with wins from Jack Maddox at No. 1 singles and Luis Delgado and Brooks Dorsey at No. 1 doubles. Griffin Keener got the clincher at No. 2 singles for the Trojans.
The Lady Trojans blanked Seckinger 3-0 to get to the semis with wins from Lilly Perry and Maggie Perry at Nos. 1 and 2 singles. They got the clinching win at No. 1 doubles from Mary Eloise Tymchuk and Amelia Moore.
The semifinals and finals of the region tournament are set for April 9th in Danielsville.
