Hall County officials continue to clean up roads littered with debris and damage from heavy rainfall late Friday afternoon and early evening.

Trees were reported to be blocking some roads in some areas around Oakwood, while some Hall County streets had flooding issues due to nearly 2 inches of rainfall in some locations late Friday.

Witnesses are telling AccessWDUN that some trees fell across roads by the area of Landrum Education Road and Education Way, in the process, damaging vehicles.

Hall County Emergency Management Director Zach Brackett confirms that Old Oakwood Road remains blocked today due to a collapsed small bridge near the Primex Plastics building.

As of last report, no serious injuries have been reported.
