WINDER, Ga. – East Jackson found themselves on the wrong side of a shootout Friday night, falling 43-20 to Winder-Barrow.
The Eagles got deep into Bulldogg territory multiple times in the game but could not score on their three trips inside the 10-yard line. Winder-Barrow led 36-7 at halftime and held on despite a strong push in the second half by East Jackson.
East Jackson will look to rebound next week at home against Commerce.
