TIGER, Ga. – Reid Giles ran for 185 yards and four touchdowns Friday night as Rabun County got back in the win column with a 35-13 win over Dalton.
The Wildcats led 14-10 after the first quarter as Lake Evans plunged in from a yard out to punctuate the opening period. The score would remain there until the 8:21 mark of the third quarter when Giles went over 50 yards for the score to push the Rabun lead to 21-10.
Later in the contest, Giles had his fourth touchdown of the night set up by a fumble recovery by JK Shiflet that pushed the game to the final score.
The Wildcats rushed for 253 yards, while Ty Truelove was 9-for-15 passing for 92 yards on the night.
Rabun County will play host to Bremen next week.
