Hall County Fire Rescue saves four occupants, six kittens

Two adults and two children  are receiving aid from the American Red Cross after a Saturday night house fire in Gainesville.

Hall County Fire Rescue was called to the scene on the 3500 block of Harmony Church Road at 7:30 p.m., according to a release from the department. Once crews arrived, they were able to extinguish the flames from the interior of the home. 

The area was cleared after a primary and secondary search. Six kittens were also rescued and treated at the scene. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal's Office.

In addition to rescuing two adults and two children, Hall County Fire Rescue also saved and treated six kittens on the scene.
