GAINESVILLE, Ga. — The Lakeview Academy girls remained unbeaten on the young season with a 6-2 win over Horizon Christian on Thursday.
The Lady Lions (2-0) took a 3-2 lead into halftime powered by a pair of goals from Mackay Vinton and one goal from Addison Farmer. Lakeview exploded for three goals in the final 8 minutes to put the match away. Reece Syfan scored twice, both off assists from Sadie Leek, and then Leek also found the back of the net with an assist from Addi Graham.
Lakeview will be off until next Thursday, traveling to Killian Hill.
